I know telling the GM about her quitting will put the store in a difficult position, and I'm worried about how they'll react. I'm struggling with the idea of whether it's unprofessional to leave them in a bind or if I should prioritize my own career and happiness. I genuinely care about my team, but I also recognize that I need to look out for myself. It's a challenging decision, and I'm trying to work up the courage to make the right choice.
