Navigating an awkward moment during my annual review at work

I recently had an awkward moment during my half-yearly annual review at my current company, where I've been working for over two years. While taking notes in a Teams chat, I accidentally revealed that I had saved some internal job postings. My manager noticed this, and I felt a wave of anxiety wash over me. I quickly tried to explain that I was just tracking tools and skills from other departments, and I even showed her a previous job posting that had some valuable skill sets. She seemed to understand, but I can't shake the feeling that this might affect my relationship with her. I genuinely enjoy the flexibility of my current role, but now I'm left wondering if I should do anything to address this situation. I feel pretty weird about it all.
