I started a new remote job at a corporate company in late April after being laid off earlier this year. Although the position is high up and pays well, I’m finding it to be incredibly toxic and disorganized. The work environment is intense, and it feels like every day presents a new challenge. Leadership is unprofessional, and I feel overwhelmed by the chaos. I can't quit because my family relies on my salary and health insurance, but I’m struggling to cope. I’ve been trying to make the best of it, but I’m genuinely at a breaking point and seeking advice on how to survive this situation while I quietly look for a new job.
