I graduated with a degree in molecular biology and genetics this past June, and I'm about to start a four-month internship in Poland that ends on December 31st. I'm really hoping to land a job there afterward, but I'm unsure about when to start applying. Should I begin my job search now, even though I won't be available to start until January 2027? I've heard that the job search process can take a while, with interviews and offers potentially extending for months. Any advice on when I should start applying seriously would be greatly appreciated!
