Applied for new job opportunities promising salary increase and career growth

I've been reflecting on the job market and how job hopping seems to be becoming the norm. At my current job, there are so many red flags that I've started to question my loyalty. I've been here for a year and a half, and I've seen numerous colleagues leave for supposedly better opportunities. Recently, three people were let go, which adds to the negativity and unhappiness in the workplace. Despite my efforts to stay positive and engaged, I often find myself wondering if it's worth it to stick around. I've recently had a couple of job interviews that went really well. Both positions promise at least a 12% salary increase, along with hybrid scheduling and more work flexibility. One of them even seems to offer significant career growth, so I'm really hoping to land an offer. While I do feel comfortable at my current job and appreciate some of my coworkers, I can't shake the feeling that leaving might be the better option for my future. I'm looking for a company where I can stay long-term, but I'm curious if others are experiencing similar situations. Are you all job hopping? What are your reasons for leaving?
