Navigating the Emotional Toll of 11 Months Unemployed and Seeking Stability

I’ve been unemployed for 11 months now, and honestly, it’s been one of the toughest experiences of my life. The constant worry about how I’m going to pay my rent and bills is overwhelming. I’ve tried to make ends meet with temp and gig jobs, but they just don’t provide enough stability or income. I left my last job primarily because my commute was costing me around $300 a week in Uber rides. The distance was just too far, and when it rained, the prices would skyrocket, which made it even worse. Now, looking back, I’m really questioning whether I made the right choice by leaving. The weight of being in survival mode for so long is really taking a toll on me, and I’m feeling pretty hard on myself about it.
