Navigating anxiety after third interview with Job A while waiting on Job B

I had a third interview with a company, which I'll refer to as Job A, this week. They know I'm waiting to hear back from another company, Job B, by the end of this week. Today, I found out that I didn't get the position at Job B. I'm feeling a bit anxious because I've been performing well in the interviews with Job A, but I was really nervous during the last one due to the pressure I put on myself. Now I'm wondering if I should inform Job A that I've heard back from Job B and that I'm not moving forward with them. However, I'm also aware that I should probably keep this information to myself, as it might affect my negotiation power with Job A. I’ve seen advice suggesting that I should just express my interest in Job A without divulging any details about Job B. I'm leaning towards keeping quiet and waiting to see how things unfold.
