I was let go from my job after just 90 days, which has been a tough blow for me. I was recruited from a stable position where I was a top performer, but this new role lacked proper training and access to essential systems for most of my time there. The expectations were unrealistic, and I sensed trouble as the team's performance was frequently discussed in weekly meetings, with increasing pressure from management. Despite my efforts, I was still fired on my 90th day, and now I'm worried about how this will reflect on my job search. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm struggling to figure out how to explain this to future hiring managers.
