I'm currently feeling really burnt out from my management position at my company, where I've worked for about 5 years. Recently, we had a change in management, and it's just not working out for me. I feel undervalued and disrespected, almost like I'm just a body rather than a person. This situation has led me to consider leaving my job, although I'm hesitant because I've grown a lot here and genuinely love what I do. I'm planning to have conversations with my current management to see if things can improve before making any final decisions. If I do decide to leave, I would aim to give about a month's notice. On top of that, I'm exploring new opportunities and I'm particularly interested in a position as a car wash manager. I haven't applied or interviewed yet, but I'm eager to learn more about the day-to-day operations of that role. I'm looking for insights into what the job entails, including the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects. Any advice or experiences shared would be greatly appreciated!
