Navigating discomfort in my new Gaming Room and Sports Bar role in Australia

I recently started a new job in the Gaming Room and Sports Bar at a venue in Australia, after transitioning from fast food to hospitality. I've only been there for two weeks, but I'm already feeling uncomfortable. While I enjoy the role itself, the atmosphere at the venue is eerie, and the coworkers are quite strange and often disrespectful. I previously worked in fast food for three years, and although I disliked the job, the people there made it bearable. Now, the lack of camaraderie and the odd behavior of my new colleagues are making me reconsider my decision. I was promised a move into the gaming room after working at my old venue for eight months, but that never materialized, and I was only getting six hours a week, which wasn't sustainable. I have a career opportunity lined up for March/April next year, but I'm in need of a job to tide me over until then. I'm not sure how to handle this situation since this place feels like it's not the right fit for me.
