I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed at my job lately. I work as a supervisor at a manufacturing company, and my shifts run from 3:30 PM to 3:00 AM. It’s exhausting, and I often don’t even get to leave right at 3 AM. I’m grateful to have a job after months of searching, but I can’t shake the frustration of being on a salary while my coworkers make more than I do. To make matters worse, I’ll soon be the only supervisor on shift when my colleague goes on leave, which adds even more pressure. I know the job market is tough right now, and I’m worried about finding something else if I decide to leave. I just needed to vent a bit because I feel really alone in this situation.
