I had my second interview last Monday for a new warehouse position with an established company. The interview was with the main hiring managers, but they didn’t provide any information about the next steps at the end. I decided to follow up with the recruiter this Monday to check in. She responded quickly, saying that my interviews went "very well" and that they are still finishing up interviews. She mentioned that they would let me know about the next steps by the end of the week. Since they are hiring for multiple positions, I understand it might take some time. I'm trying to stay positive and keep searching for other opportunities in the meantime.
