I recently had a frustrating experience with Gigsmart. After being laid off, they promised me a severance package but later refused to countersign the agreement after I had already signed a non-compete. It feels like they were dishonest throughout the process. I would advise anyone considering working with them to think twice, as they seem to have a tendency to screw over their employees.
