I am currently re-entering the job market after a two-year gap spent preparing for government exams. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of the exam cycle has left me with no choice but to seek a private job. I hold an MA in English Literature and a B.Ed, and I previously worked as a TGT English teacher in a well-regarded school. Since I left my teaching position, the job search has been incredibly challenging. I've faced numerous automated rejection emails, been ghosted by potential employers, and when I do get selected, the offered salaries are often disappointingly low. It's been disheartening, and I'm starting to lose hope. I've realized that without referrals, it's tough to get noticed by recruiters. I'm looking for a remote role, ideally as a subject matter expert in English, online tutoring, teaching, content writing, editing, or a communication specialist position. However, I'm open to on-site roles in Kanpur, Lucknow, or nearby areas as well. If anyone knows of any job openings or can provide referrals for someone with strong communication and teaching skills, I would greatly appreciate your help!
