I wanted to share a bit of hope amid all the job search challenges I've seen lately. After applying to around 600 jobs over the past three months, I finally landed a full remote position that pays $79,400 a year. It was definitely a numbers game; I made sure to apply to every remote IT job in the USA that offered over $25 an hour. During interviews, I treated every opportunity as a competition against candidates who might have more experience, and I focused on selling myself to the hiring managers. Persistence really paid off!
