Reflecting on Job Rejection and Disability Disclosure Impact on My Search

I recently faced a rejection for a desk job where I was told I didn't demonstrate the ability to meet the physical requirements, which felt really strange given my background. I previously worked in animal care, which was quite physical, and I also teach fitness classes on the side. The role I applied for was mainly reception work, so the feedback left me confused. The only factor I can think of that might have influenced their decision is my disability status. I disclose this because I take medication during work hours, which I felt was necessary after being bullied by a former colleague who accused me of having a 'problem' with pills. However, my condition doesn't affect my physical capabilities at all. Now, I'm questioning whether I should continue to disclose my disability status, especially since it seems to be impacting my job search negatively. I’m looking for honest opinions on whether this could be a reason for my rejections.
