Struggling with overwhelming stress after two days at McDonald's job

I started my job at McDonald's just two days ago and I'm already considering quitting. During the interview, they skipped the actual interview part and jumped straight into onboarding, which should have been a red flag. My first day was mostly okay while I was training at window 2, but things took a turn when I moved to window 1 for the last six hours of my shift. I felt completely overwhelmed with the evening rush and had no idea what I was doing. My trainer expected me to handle it alone, but I was struggling to keep up and customers were getting frustrated with me. I couldn't hear anything over the headset, and I wasn't taught how to navigate the order screen before being thrown into the deep end. Now, my trainer wants me to work the rush hour alone again tonight, and I just don't feel ready for that at all. I'm not trying to be dramatic, but this job is causing me so much stress that I couldn't sleep last night and woke up with a headache. Given that I've just come out of a tough situation at home, I really can't handle this pressure. I know first days can be rough, but this feels unbearable. Should I tough it out for a few more shifts or is it okay to quit now?
