I recently started a new role as a Business Analyst at my current company, but I'm not really enjoying it. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and haven't disclosed this to my current employer yet. I'm feeling conflicted about whether it's wrong to accept a new job and then disclose my pregnancy shortly after starting. Massachusetts offers up to 26 weeks of paid family medical leave with job protections, which is reassuring. I just want to make the best decision for my career and my growing family.
