Seeking advice on overcoming graduation anxiety and building experience in Health Sciences

I'm feeling really anxious about my upcoming graduation in May 2027. I'm pursuing a degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Leadership/Policy and a minor in Business, but I can't shake the feeling that my degree might be useless. I spent the first 2 and a half years of college not making the most of my time, and now I have no professional experience, like internships or relevant work. I'm worried that I'm falling behind compared to my peers. I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation and what steps they took to overcome these feelings. Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated!
