He believes that since AI often screens résumés before a human ever sees them, having an AI-optimized résumé could help me get through that initial screening. I'm curious if this is a good strategy. I've seen mixed opinions on using AI for this purpose; some say it could help, but caution that AI-generated résumés might sound too polished and could raise red flags for recruiters. Others have mentioned using AI more as an assistant to enhance my existing résumé rather than letting it write the whole thing. I'm considering documenting my process if I decide to go this route.
