I’ve been really frustrated lately. Since last Wednesday, I’ve spent about 5 hours trying to change my direct deposit information, but I just can’t get through to anyone. This is a huge issue because I need to close my current direct deposit account, which has been hit with over $2000 in fraud charges! It’s so aggravating. Just because I’m currently unemployed doesn’t mean I’m not busy; I’m actually taking classes through the Massachusetts Section 30 training program. These classes require me to be on camera for Zoom sessions from 10 AM to 2 PM every day, so I’m doing my best to stay productive during this tough time.
