Today, I responded to an interview request from an American company that I received two days ago. I was in the hospital recovering from surgery, which is why I couldn't reply sooner. I hope that my delay won't negatively impact my chances, as I was genuinely unable to check my emails. I've been advised to briefly mention my situation in my response, which I plan to do.
