I've been unemployed for the past three months and it's been really tough. I'm a 23-year-old female from India, and I completed my bachelor's degree in Sociology with first division honors. I then decided to pursue an internship in HR to break into the field, which led me to earn a Master's in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin, where I graduated with a 2:1. Since then, I've been actively applying for jobs in both Dublin and Delhi, but I've hit a wall. Despite my efforts to network, reach out to recruitment agencies, and tailor my resume, I haven't even made it past the first stage of any application. No interviews or job offers have come my way, and I'm starting to feel really discouraged. I've tried everything I can think of, but it just doesn't seem to be working.
