Seeking advice on choosing between two job offers: IT Project Manager vs Senior CRM Manager

I recently received two job offers and I'm seeking advice on which one to choose. **Job 1:** I'm considering a position as an IT Project Manager for an ERP implementation at a construction company that specializes in distribution and design & installation. They are implementing D365 Business Central and I would be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, including data migration for around 10 acquisitions. The team seems friendly and there's a hint of potential progression to a Programme Manager role, although that's not guaranteed. The salary is £65k with a 10% bonus, and it's a hybrid role requiring me to be in the office 1 to 2 times a week. The commute would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. **Pros:** This role would give me entry into the ERP space, and I see good opportunities for progression and integration exposure with both ERP and CRM systems. Additionally, the cost of living would be lower since I would be living outside of Bristol, allowing me to save more money. **Cons:** The position is less senior, and there's no guarantee of progression. I also worry about getting locked into construction ERPs, as I hope to keep my options open for other industries in the future. **Job 2:** The second offer is for a Senior CRM Manager at a financial services advisory firm in London. They focus on corporate debt, restructuring, and acquisition advisory services, and I would be tasked with building the team from the ground up with a D365 Sales implementation. The salary is £85k, increasing to £90k after a 4-month probation period. This role is also hybrid, requiring me to be in the office 3 times a week, with a commute of about 1 hour and 15 minutes. **Pros:** This role is more senior and offers exposure to financial services, which would look great on my CV. I would gain experience in team building and work with high-level stakeholders, giving me proper ownership of projects. **Cons:** I'm concerned about being pigeonholed into the D365 Sales and Customer Engagement space, and the market seems smaller compared to ERP. Additionally, the cost of living in London is very high. Both companies are mid-sized, with around 800 employees. I'm confident in my ability to excel in either role, but I'm trying to weigh the trade-offs. I'm leaning towards the Bristol position as it aligns with my goal of entering the ERP space, but I'm also wondering if the London opportunity is too good to pass up. I appreciate any thoughts or advice!
