Navigating Unemployment Appeal Anxiety After Workplace Harassment in Indiana

I was approved for unemployment at the beginning of June after being fired from my job in Indiana. My former employer has appealed the decision, and I'm feeling pretty anxious about the whole situation. To give you some context, I had been dealing with harassment from a coworker for about a year. In May, I finally snapped and told her to 'stop and grow up' after she baited me into a response. She had even mentioned having a taser, which I reported to HR. Instead of addressing the harassment, my boss gave me a write-up claiming that I created distrust among employees and had the intent to get people in trouble. I was shocked and almost refused to sign the write-up, but I didn't want to risk any consequences, so I signed it. Ultimately, I was fired for what they claimed was my behavior, despite having no prior issues documented. The write-up for wearing an earbud was my only other infraction. Now, my former employer is appealing my unemployment claim, but I believe they lack sufficient proof to justify my termination. I've submitted the two write-ups, along with evidence showing that my coworker was discouraged from reporting the taser comment, and HR reports documenting the bullying I faced. I'm really unsure about what to expect next. I've heard that the agent from Experian might come with a lot of proof, but if they couldn't provide enough evidence the first time, I'm hoping they won't be able to do so now. I just need some advice on how this process typically goes and what I should prepare for.
