Frustrated job seeker applying for new roles after 11 years of unrecognized performance

I am feeling incredibly frustrated with my current job situation. I've been a high performer in my role at my company for over 11 years, and I've consistently been promised promotions, but I've faced rejection three times now. It feels like leadership has lied to me, and I'm stuck at the same level despite my efforts and contributions. I started my career later than most due to severe panic attacks and OCD, which went undiagnosed until last year. Now in my late 30s, I feel immense pressure to catch up, especially since I haven't been able to contribute to my 401k yet. I recently bought a home with my husband, which was a big achievement for us, but the stress of my job situation is overwhelming. Every day feels like an uphill battle, and I'm actively looking for new roles both internally and externally. However, the competition is fierce, and it seems like everyone else is in the same boat. Applying for jobs has become a challenge; it feels like I need to use AI just to get noticed by hiring managers. When I do get interviews, it's disheartening to think that the decision might already be made before I even walk in. The pressure to perform perfectly is intense, and I feel like hiring managers can decide in the first minute whether they want to hire me. Honestly, some days I just want to escape to a cabin in the woods and leave all of this behind.
