I’m really frustrated with the job search process lately. After interviews, companies tell me they’ll get back to me within a certain timeframe or at least follow up, but then I hear nothing. I’ve reached out to a few of them, hoping for an update, but I either get no response or just a generic rejection. It’s exhausting and honestly, I’m just tired of being ghosted by recruiters. It feels so disrespectful and unprofessional.
