I've been sidelined for several months now, but I have my second interview tomorrow and I'm really hoping this is the one that gets me back into the game. I've already met several people from the firm, and I can genuinely see them as my future teammates. I've been fortunate to work at mostly great places, but corporate reorganizations, project shutdowns, and management turnover have made it challenging to stay long-term at any one company. There's a lot of fear and uncertainty affecting both employees and employers right now.
