Excited for my second interview at a local employee-owned company tomorrow

I've been sidelined for several months now, but I have my second interview tomorrow and I'm really hoping this is the one that gets me back into the game. It's been tough standing on the sidelines for the past three months, but I'm eager to get started again. This opportunity is with a local employee-owned company that has a strong reputation for its culture and work-life balance. I've already met several people from the firm, and I can genuinely see them as my future teammates. I've been fortunate to work at mostly great places, but corporate reorganizations, project shutdowns, and management turnover have made it challenging to stay long-term at any one company. I've learned to embrace change as a constant in the tech field, especially with the rise of AI impacting the job market. There's a lot of fear and uncertainty affecting both employees and employers right now. Regardless of how tomorrow goes, I plan to keep pushing forward with my passion and what motivates me every day. It's important to remember that we are all valued more than we often realize.
