I recently came across discussions about layoffs at T2 firms like OW and Kearney. I've been hearing concerns about job security for new hires in these companies. Apparently, it's a common issue that new employees often find themselves on the bench due to intense competition, and unfortunately, many end up being laid off. I find it hard to believe that this is the norm, but given the current job market, I'm starting to question how secure my position might be if I were to join one of these firms.
