I've been struggling to land a merchandiser or warehouse job despite applying multiple times to big companies like Coca Cola, Pepsi, and Red Bull. I've been at my current job for over 6 years, but it feels like I'm hitting a wall. I recently revamped my resume, but I still see others, like a guy who got a merchandiser position after bouncing between jobs, getting hired despite having been fired from a couple. I'm looking for any suggestions on how to improve my chances. I've heard that attending career fairs and networking might help, as I noticed many candidates not following application guidelines, which could be a good opportunity for those of us who do. I’m also considering reaching out to local Worksource or temp agencies for assistance.
