I am currently in the final stages of interviewing for a Quotation Renewal Associate position at a product-based company in Gurgaon, India. I've completed all the interview rounds and am now waiting for the HR to reach out for salary negotiations. My previous package was 6 LPA fixed, and I’m trying to determine what would be a fair compensation for this role given my 2 years of experience.
