Before this month, I would receive about two recruiter messages a week on LinkedIn, mostly for 12-month contracts in Ohio. However, this month has been overwhelming; I've had over 10 recruiters contact me each week, including five in just one day! The positions vary from contract roles with integrators to permanent positions with companies directly. The salary offers I've seen range from a 20% to a 50% increase compared to my current role. I'm actively looking for a new opportunity, so I'm interested to hear if this uptick is a common trend among my peers.
