I recently had a challenging experience while working on a nonprofit project. I was responsible for building their entire platform at a reduced cost, which I thought would be a great opportunity to showcase my skills. Unfortunately, I was pushed out of the project midway through, and this decision has had significant repercussions on my career. Since then, I have lost two job opportunities that I was pursuing. It's frustrating how one negative experience can create such a domino effect in my professional life.
