Supporting my mom's job search after her difficult experience in a non-profit

I am currently trying to help my mom find a new job after she was bullied out of a non-profit organization where she dedicated over ten years of her life. Unfortunately, she has been denied unemployment benefits despite multiple appeals and even speaking to a judge, which has caused her a lot of stress and negatively impacted her health. She's been forgetting things and has become absent-minded, even to the point of neglecting her basic needs, like eating old food and avoiding going outside. Every day, she applies for jobs, engages with job coaches, and takes online courses, but she is feeling overwhelmed and scared as her funds are depleting quickly. I noticed that many of her interactions with job listings and recruiters are with bots or AI, and since she isn't very tech-savvy, she's fallen for a scam that cost her access to her job accounts and some money. I'm trying to be supportive and give her space, but I feel the need to step in and help her navigate this challenging job search process.
