Navigating Post-Graduation Anxiety and Job Search Decisions

I’m Mica, a 25-year-old about to graduate soon, with my thesis discussion scheduled for the first week of November. I’m feeling quite overwhelmed and anxious about the job search that lies ahead. My mental health isn’t great right now; I feel sad, demotivated, and unsure of myself. I'm considering taking some time off after graduation before diving into the job market. I’ve completed an important project in December, but it doesn’t pay, so I’m not entirely unemployed. I’m wondering if it would be seen as lazy or imprudent to start applying for jobs seriously in January, allowing myself some time to rest before making such a significant change in my life.
