I’ve been struggling to find a job since April. I have experience in project management and operations management, and I was previously a chief of staff. I also hold a master’s degree, but despite my qualifications, the job search has been incredibly tough and is starting to take a mental toll on me. I’ve applied to numerous positions—some where I feel underqualified, others where I feel overqualified, and many where I believe I’m perfectly qualified. I’m exhausted and running out of funds, which adds to my anxiety. I really need help and support during this challenging time.
