I've been in my finance role for over 2 years and have 30 years of experience in my career. I truly love what I do, but I'm feeling the need to find a new job at a different company. The current situation at my company is quite dire; we are running out of money, and while they manage to keep things together month by month, the uncertainty is incredibly stressful. Being in finance, I have a clear view of our financial struggles, and it's taking a toll on my mental health. I don’t generate revenue in my position, which makes me feel even more helpless.
