I've been struggling to find a job since I decided to leave the mental health and social work field. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, but I'm realizing that it hasn't opened many doors for me. For months, I've been applying to various positions, but most have either rejected me or turned out to be scams. I really want to work and support myself, especially since my grandparents are helping me out, but I know that won't last forever. I'm considering transitioning to a different field, like marketing or analytics, but I don't have the necessary experience or a degree in those areas. I've heard that marketing could be a good fit, but the jobs I see often require specific qualifications or experience that I don't have. I've worked in case management, substance abuse, logistics, merchandising, and corrections, but I'm not sure how to leverage that experience into a new role. I'm open to any advice on how to make this transition without going back to school right now.
