Seeking advice on choosing between two job offers with different benefits

I recently found myself in a tough spot trying to decide between two job offers, and I could really use some guidance. **Offer A** is from a larger, well-known company with a salary in the mid-50s. It’s a hybrid role, which is appealing, and the name on my CV would definitely carry weight. However, the title is more junior, and I would have to relocate to a big city for this position. **Offer B**, on the other hand, is from a smaller company in a more traditional industry located in a rural village. The salary is the same as Offer A, but they’ve mentioned some stable bonuses on top of that. This role comes with a more senior title and they would provide accommodation during the probation period. Additionally, I would have closer working contact with senior leadership, which could be beneficial for my career growth. I’d also need to relocate for this offer. I’m really torn between the two. On one hand, Offer A seems to have more long-term potential due to the company's reputation, but Offer B offers a better title and more immediate support. I’m curious to hear what others think—what factors should I weigh more heavily in my decision?
