I recently had an experience with a recruiter who informed me that I didn't get the job I applied for. They mentioned that they would keep my resume on file for future opportunities. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience where a recruiter actually followed through and reached out about another position after initially rejecting them. It seems rare, but I hope to hear some success stories!
