After completing two rounds of interviews with the manager and team by June 29, I sent out thank you emails and followed up with both the manager and the recruiter on July 20. While the manager didn't respond, the recruiter mentioned they would reach out to the team for an update. On July 28, I checked my application status on Workday, and it changed from "screening" to "offer," but I still hadn't received any communication. I reached out to the recruiter again on August 10, but they provided the same vague response. I'm feeling anxious because this position is my dream job, and I'm unsure of what to do next besides just waiting.
