I recently started a new job after a long and stressful search, and I was finally feeling like I could relax and rebuild my life. However, shortly after joining, I was informed that due to budget constraints, I would be moved to a different project. This has thrown me back into uncertainty, as I now have to go through another project discussion and interview. I was told I would know the outcome in 2-3 days, but the waiting is making me anxious. I know this situation isn't a reflection of my performance, but I can't help but feel terrified about not being accepted into the new project. It's exhausting to feel like my future is dependent on decisions I can't control. Has anyone else experienced this in an IT services company? How did it turn out for you?
