Deciding between a new QC lab job offer and my current lab technician role

I am currently a senior lab technician at a small specialized medical lab, where I've worked for six years. Lately, I've had a gut feeling that something is seriously wrong with the company. During a recent meeting, it was confirmed that our financial situation is dire due to an AI claims system denying a significant portion of our testing business. I've noticed benefits disappearing and even saw a coworker let go under suspicious circumstances. Feeling uneasy, I started applying for new jobs in secret. This past week, I interviewed with a well-known QC lab and received an offer that includes a $1.50 raise, no second or third shifts, more holidays, and the ability to roll over my remaining PTO. However, the new job is a bit further away, and I would be starting from scratch without my seniority. I have concerns about whether I will like the work environment, as it's in a factory setting and requires safety gear. On the other hand, my current job offers me respect and sway with upper management, as well as familiarity with the work and my coworkers. However, the company is clearly struggling, and I'm facing toxic coworkers, disappearing benefits, and an uncertain future. I’m torn between the comfort of my current job and the potential for a better work-life balance at the new lab. I have a mortgage and pets to care for, so I need to make a decision soon. My family advises me to stay for the sake of loyalty, but I’m worried about my job security if I do. I’m seeking opinions on whether I should take the new offer or stay put.
