I had a conversation with my VP last month who advised me to start looking for a new job due to a lack of projects in the pipeline. Now, with the end of the month approaching, I feel like the layoff is imminent. Currently, I'm only about 35% billable, which I know isn't enough to keep my position secure. I've been actively applying for jobs for the past month and have had a couple of interviews, but nothing has materialized yet. The anxiety and uncertainty are really weighing on me.
