This week has been incredibly tough for me and my colleagues at Premier. We've just learned about the layoffs affecting 300-500 employees, which is a significant number for our team. It's particularly disheartening to see this happen right before the holidays when everyone is supposed to be enjoying time with family. Additionally, several VPs are also leaving by the end of 2026, which raises concerns about the future direction of the company. The timing of these layoffs feels especially harsh, as it seems like they are cleaning up the books for the next year. It's a difficult situation for all of us.
