I recently completed a background check for a new job and realized I forgot to include one of my previous employers. I had applied to work at a nursing home as a PRN/Casual/Per Diem employee. Although I completed all the necessary paperwork, I never actually picked up any shifts, so it didn't turn into a real job for me. However, the nursing home did report my employment to the background check company. Now I'm concerned about the omission. I haven’t received any inquiries from the background check company yet, but I’m wondering if this will be seen as a minor discrepancy or if it could create major issues for my job application.
