I applied for a role through an employee referral on August 24th and have been anxiously waiting for any updates. Today, I noticed that the 'Withdraw Application' option has disappeared from my Workday Portal for this company. I haven't received any communication regarding next steps, whether it be an online assessment, a phone screening, or an interview. I'm starting to feel concerned that the lack of updates and the removal of that option might indicate something negative about my application status. Has anyone else experienced this?
