I graduated this past winter with a degree in supply chain management, but I'm really struggling to find a job. My academic performance wasn't great, which meant I didn't secure any internships during college. Now, I'm facing the reality that many companies won't hire recent graduates for internship roles, and almost every job I apply to has some sort of experience requirement. I'm feeling stuck and confused about how to move forward. How does someone like me, with a degree but no internship experience, actually land a job? I've been applying to numerous positions, but the feedback seems to suggest that without that crucial internship experience, I'm at a disadvantage. I know I'm not alone in this, but it feels incredibly frustrating.
