I ventured into the manufacturing sector, which offered great pay, but the environment was not a good fit for me. I really enjoy retail management and backend operations, but the pay isn't satisfying. I'm looking to transition into retail corporate roles or social media management, but I've been struggling to land interviews despite applying for the past 2 months. I'm feeling stuck and could use some guidance on the next steps to take.
