I've been considering whether to use the 'Open to Work' feature on LinkedIn, especially since I have a premium account that allows me to show my status only to recruiters and specify the types of positions I'm interested in. However, I've heard mixed opinions about this approach. Some say it makes you look desperate, while others argue it can be beneficial in getting noticed.
